The two arent mutual. Hes definitely happy but also trying to stay level headed. He doesnt want to buy into the hype, which is a good thing. But yes, Im sure hes already knee deep in redskins film.

So glad his hard work is finally being rewarded with Ws. He kept the team on board through bad seasons in the win/loss column. The players knew that he knew what he was doing.

Exactly. The energy of this entire team is so positive. Hearing players from one sids of the ball talk about the players from the other side of the ball is great to hear. They feed off each other.

2019 Niners would totally whoop any of the Harbaugh teams

Shanny would pimp Harbaugh period bruh

Agreed. That 2012 team was special on both sides after Kap took over and Justin got hurt tho, but this 2019 team is
Yet the numbers for both sides of the ball are better.

We never held QB's to 100 yards or less during that time. We've now done it to two guys who've thrown for over 375 consecutively.

Jimmy is throwing got more yards a game that CK was and we're running the ball better.

Yeah numbers definitely favor this 2019 but that 2012 defense had 4-All Pros in the front 7. When Justin Smith was healthy, run games were stifled. Outside of that lopsided loss to SEA, that 2012 49ers team with Kap and a healthy Cowboy can would absolutely challenge this 2019 team. Had Cowboy been healthy in the playoffs we win the SB. We averaged 35 a game in the playoffs on offense 😳

I see where you're going with this, but I disagree, this team is every bit as likely to go off offensively, Kyle is getting by while we are short staffed on the line, when you see things like that flea flicker you can just tell how stupidly good Kyle is.

We'll get hot when needed.

Can we give him a 10 year extension now

Imo it's a nonissue, 0 chance that dude is going anywhere IF we keep winning

it's a shame fans on this board in particular couldn't see or comprehend this during our losing seasons. had 0 perspective, 0 patience, all they cried about was how shanny was losing games and McVay was winning games totally ignoring the difference and context with side-by-side roster situations.

Yup. There were a few.

Kyle is light years ahead of Harbs/Roman offensively. I'm just saying this team as currently constructed would have their work cut out for them vs that 2012. I still think 2019 team would win but it wouldn't be a walk in the park with the talent we had on defense and Vic Fangio as the DC.
Harbaugh was undeservingly considered an offensive genius/ quarterback whisperer by many and gave us Colin Kaepernick, who he failed to groom

Lol

It's starting to become startling the parallels between Kyle's career start and Walsh's start. That magical third season. Can also check how Kyle's pops third season ended in Denver.

They beat Holmgren's Packers in Super Bowl XXXII (one of the more underrated Super Bowls imo, and a top 5 non-49er one for me personally)

i want to go back and dig up more posts (and posts from me I was right on) lol. you, Niner816, th and JD and a couple others were the patient and smart fans.
Love the halftime adjustments every game by Shanny. TDs with our first possession of the second half each game.

We'll get a chance to see a pretty close approximation in two weeks versus Carolina. Dominant front seven, dominant run game, game manager QB, not a real good pass blocking OL, defensive minded HC.
