We never held QB's to 100 yards or less during that time. We've now done it to two guys who've thrown for over 375 consecutively.

Yeah numbers definitely favor this 2019 but that 2012 defense had 4-All Pros in the front 7. When Justin Smith was healthy, run games were stifled. Outside of that lopsided loss to SEA, that 2012 49ers team with Kap and a healthy Cowboy can would absolutely challenge this 2019 team. Had Cowboy been healthy in the playoffs we win the SB. We averaged 35 a game in the playoffs on offense 😳

it's a shame fans on this board in particular couldn't see or comprehend this during our losing seasons. had 0 perspective, 0 patience, all they cried about was how shanny was losing games and McVay was winning games totally ignoring the difference and context with side-by-side roster situations.
