Rich Eisen said coaches have given up challenging DPI because virtually no calls on it in the entire league have been overturned since Week 3.

There's a clear distinction between PI and holding.

If a guy is held before the ball is thrown, it's holding and if the ball is in the air had is held or the defender impedes them for having a chance to catch the ball it's DPI, correct?

Imo you could have called holding AND then DPI on that play lol.

It was a busted play, Jimmy wants to hit Deebo with a WR quick screen, Kittle is just running off his guy on a corner route... the DB baits Jimmy into thinking he is jumping the route so JG checks the throw, then Deebo sees Jimmy scrambling back and takes off on the fade and the DB falls back into perfect position, Jimmy doesn't think the DB would be there... hasty throw he should have just put it in the stands and live another down

If that is the case then Deebo did a dumb ass rookie thing and f'upped the play! He should have just stayed there holding his defender, by changing his route he caused the INT... I can see that Jimmy could have been pumping the route so the defender would vacate and come up on the screen, throw behind him to Kittle

The problem with that view is Shanny isn't going to be able to tell the refs that the pass was intended for Kittle without them saying sure ok there pal. Either way refs are going to just ignore Kittle being mugged and we'd waste a challenge.

Good job shanny for not going for it. We really could've gone up by 10 and even if we didn't make it we put them in bad field position against our d line. Good job shanny

If I was shanahan I would be pissed at pornstar jimmy. He played like trash. Shanny needs to yell at him and say "you can't be making dumb throws" the o line held up very well and jimmy g still plays like trash. He should be ashamed of jimmy g

I defended jimmy g for 6 weeks and that's how he repays me? Look at my post history and you will see that. Jimmy f better step it up or else it's lights out for us
