I am hoping kyle schemes the Snock out of SEA, and even tho Russ W is a legit contender for MVP this yr, the combo of JG/Kyle vs RW/pete is in our favor. Why? Because altho RW is playing like a MVP, JimmyG just put in a stellar game to carry us over AZ . As for HCs and scheming, give kyle a massive advantage over peter cheater. Doesn't mean Pete is a chump, just means he ain't kyle. Given 2 days to prepare, ok, i favor Pete. Given a week, or, 10 days, strong nod to kyle + JG over Russ + pete.
So for coaching, i see a big hometown advantage.
Also, i am hoping kyle did his fair share of D game planning with Saleh. If we come out 5-2 - 2-2 or a 5 -1 -2-2 1 on D or something weird, i won't be surprised. I wonder if kyle doesn't have someone, maybe Dre, just behind the split DTs with the Wide 9s. Whatever , my bet is kyle had a big input on what and how we play D this game.
If we go wide 9s, then i hope he has someone smack in the middle of the DTs but a tad behind them. That way we still get the pass rush advantage but also plug the hole that comes with wide 9s.
