I'm really impressed with his mastery of the offense. Just a really creative mind. Bellicheat was down 28-3 against kyle at one time and Belicheat's no slouch as a defensive coach.

Because altho RW is playing like a MVP, JimmyG just put in a stellar game to carry us over AZ . As for HCs and scheming, give kyle a massive advantage over peter cheater. Doesn't mean Pete is a chump, just means he ain't kyle. Given 2 days to prepare, ok, i favor Pete. Given a week, or, 10 days, strong nod to kyle + JG over Russ + pete.
So for coaching, i see a big hometown advantage.
Also, i am hoping kyle did his fair share of D game planning with Saleh. If we come out 5-2 - 2-2 or a 5 -1 -2-2 1 on D or something weird, i won't be surprised. I wonder if kyle doesn't have someone, maybe Dre, just behind the split DTs with the Wide 9s. Whatever , my bet is kyle had a big input on what and how we play D this game.
If we go wide 9s, then i hope he has someone smack in the middle of the DTs but a tad behind them. That way we still get the pass rush advantage but also plug the hole that comes with wide 9s.
Hoping for the same !
People calling Russ as a MVP is deserved, but he's also playing those same teams we played, and not giving us the full credit for those Ws that are deserved. Tomorrow is a prove it night.

What is Kyle cooking for this game after 10 games of being able to study the Hawks? I'm sure he will open it up with some of our key personnel being back! MNF will know that we got the best offensive mind in football

It probably doesn't sit well with Kyle that many are calling our offense trash and giving the credit only to the D. He has to have something special planned for tomorrow.

Those people are idiots. 3rd highest scoring offense is the exact opposite if trash.

Kyle always carves up Carroll's defense, this year his defense is the worst it's ever been. We should be able to put up 35 on them.

During the NFL Top 100 teams show, Gruden was highlighting his thoughts of that '02 Tampa team, reminiscing how the defense carried the team until the offense woke up (halfway through).
What's creepy is that this team could be going through the same sort of evolution, the offense getting hot now would make us unstoppable in January. That Tampa team had a stout D, and a tier 2 receiver in Keyshawn Johnson, not to mention a strong running game (they also had the best FB in the league at the time like us). There's a lot of deja vu between these two teams, even funnier that Lynch and Shanny are both linked to Gruden's Bucaneers (even if years apart from each other).

Would be nice to see the Panthers game, Part Deux

Tomorrow's game was circled the very first day the schedule came out. Shanahan knew what he had in the 49ers and that this day would come regardless of record. With now knowing what is at stake and having 11 days to prepare for this day. I can see Shanahan opening up his playbook a little more and giving them a taste of what the 49ers are all about. The rabbit still in the bag!

That tampa-two defense was legendary. The nice thing about it is Chris Kiffen (Monte's son) and John Lynch know that defense inside and out. I'd love for that kind of ferocious defense to be the kind of defense we have from here on out. Why not, Bosa >> Simen Rice. Sherman at CB and later - possibly taking John Lynch's spot at strong safety. Add in the Wide 9 and Kyle's incredibly varied run game, and you have the makings of a possible new Dynasty.

I think it's going to be a run away. Carroll's defense is not up to the task against this 49ers offense. 42-13, Niners.

This is the one issue I still have with KS. He has a great defense that is standing up and doing their best to win him the game and he can't just accept it and not try to put his imprint on the game with his offense.
We lost our #1 option in Kittle, our #2 in Sanders, and we have 2 OT's returning from a long layoff and still he can't help himself from keeping it simple and just playing safe with a 10 point league and put the game in the hands of his D. Run the ball, quick short passes, and simply punt if it comes to it.
We gave this f*cking game away with unnecessary sh*t when it wasn't needed. The second Sanders got hurt we should've just put the game in the hands of Saleh and his D that was pitching a f*cking shutout.

This team is a ****ing fraud. Don't care about 8-0.
This was the most important game of the season and they decided to lay an egg tonight. Really really disappointed to be a fan of this team right now. Playoff teams let alone Super Bowl contenders don't play like this when it matters the most.
