I never wanted to get rid of Harbaugh. I felt he could adjust and would have more up seasons then down. No coach is going to be up constantly, even Belechick has had good and bad seasons. Difference is the Patriots are in a high school division, worst in the league by far and for a long time. However we are here now and Kyle needs to be the coach here for a career. He's too smart and just loves football. But those things will keep him motivated for years to come even if they aren't always ending in the playoffs.
