Jet doesn't suck, but he has lost his speed, he's still good receiving out of the backfield (got good hands) and is really good in pass pro. BUT Hasty and Wilson Jr should definitely be the ones running the rock when Mostert can't.

Good luck against Bill next week. I hope these screens and misdirection plays keep working.

It's almost like Jimmy complete passes when it's a gimmick play or what we call "design" play... meaning to get the ball to THAT person..
.. but when he has to drop back and find his target, it's when he look the weakest... this usually happens to young QB who's gotten used to completing passes because of such great play design..
you just contradicted yourself while trying to prove your point lol...

I do think Kyle is disguising weaknesses but thats what all good HCs do. Jimmy nailed Kittle on that slant in the middle of the field for the long TD. That was a beautiful play. But the guy can't do that all game long, he can't even plant his foot. Kyle is doing what he needs to do to make it possible for our most accurate QB and leader to be out there. He knows he's limited right now but he also knows he's our best chance to win so he's doing what he has to do. When Jimmy is 100% the offense will open up. People aren't going to fall for end around all season long so we're going to need to sling it

Shanahan got really lucky the rams missed some plays or this game would be totally different. Shanahan got really vanilla in the second half, he doesn't know how to step on the necks of opponents

Thinking about Tom Brady is a classic case where you hesitate and you lose out. Our outlook would be that of serious SB contenders instead of maybe having a top 5 draft pick

The Rams got lucky that the 49ers missed some plays or this would have been an absolute blowout. Its fun to play this game.

I'm not sure what you mean about the offense opening up when Jimmy is healthy. This is the offense we saw last year when he was healthy. It's Kyle's offense. When the running game is working and the short passes and misdirection is working he's not going to start throwing the ball all over downfield. HThey had one really ddep pass all night and that was near the end of the half where an INT couldn't hurt them.
This team lead the league in YAC las year and Jimmy's passes traveled the shortest average distance in the air. What we saw yesterday is whatcarried the team to the SB last year. The only difference was the D wasn't getting sacks and pressures.

Solid game call except WTF is up with him taking off the foot of the glass when we have leads?? Every fkn time.
That 3rd quarter play calling was horrible. Was predictable right out the gates. Have the Rams an opportunity to get back into the game.
We easily should've scored a few more points in that game.
This is one thing I have noticed with Kyle. He never goes for the jugular. Never. He gets into a conservative play calling mode and it sets the table for the other team.
Overall solid game. The first half was flawless. Would really like to see him develop a John Wick mentality and out these teams away. Stop playing with them

He's very much in the right. He did get very vanilla in the second half.
