It seems that Kyle outsmarts himself some times... maybe second guessing while preparing during the week and giving way too much credit to the opposing HC (Carroll in this match up), hence dialing up trick plays that might work in college

I was literally laughing on my couch when I saw the wildcat. It's not even disappointment with me anymore. Just laughter. I knew this was an L as soon as I saw that.

A coach needs to keep it simple when the A team is on the benches or on IR. Sure do some trick stuff now and then but call basic bread and butter plays to keep moving the sticks forward.

He does well with homework and class work, but when it comes to the Final Exam, he gets nothing but C and Ds..
Lol Moon how was that crack party last night?
Wasn't a personal attack on you Moon. Just a joke my friend.
Moon is cool, bruh, he don't sweat small stuff like that... and maybe he's still at that party but took a quick break to post that comment
I know Moon is cool, but I got a 25% warning lol

Great coaches don't need to "get" a franchise QB. They make one.
Brady, Montana... a great coach brings out the best. Instead Shanahan had made Garoppolo look worse.
He's a micromanager with an ego. As much of what makes him a good coach is also what holds him and the team back.
He fully looked awful today and his play calling was a joke

You need great QBs to win.
Belichick ain't doing s**t with Cam Newton dude. He's probably gonna get a top 5 QB in the draft next year because of his s**t record.

I don't disagree with what you said here. Even Walsh was considered anal about every little detail, but he never lost a super bowl, so we can't argue with the way he coached.
I still stand by it that Shanahan will get a ring. His one flaw as a coach may be that he isn't a good QB developer, but he is still young. We will find out soon if he is up to the task.

How's Belichick doing without Brady, eh? I mean, he just needs to make his current QB roster into franchise guys, yeah?

If great coaches can just make franchise QBs then why would the Bill's worry about resigning their QBs (Brady, Montana)

Look the way I see it is Kyle tried to add to the offense and have Jimmy tear up a weak Seattle secondary, abs Jimmy didn't perform, he's not the answer, Kyle is great bc he schemes plays to feed off other plays that work and when it's rolling it's unstoppable but when it's not it looks ugly

I gotta think there was something on film that play was meant to exploit, but it backfired spectacularly.
This isn't the first time he out thinks himself. Instead of just keeping it simple and try to get a first down and keep the drive going, he runs a play that has no chance.
He should've tried it on first down so he'd at least be able to recover

That's my issue with Jimmy. Plays feeding off plays doesn't really work when your QB is erattic. Jimmy from day one has been erratic.
Injury has exaggerated that, not caused it.

Pretty sure Brady will retire and Montana did retire with teams that didnt draft them.
