That average QB is a major reason why he's even close to .500

And that shows you how good Kyle is...he can take a avg QB and win a s**t ton of games. Now imagine if he had a legit stud QB?

People trying to act like Hoyer/Mullens/CJ are anything outside of backup material lol YES Jimmy is better than him. I'd bet money Kyle would win games with Dalton and a healthy Smith as well. I wonder if we'd be proclaiming them as the reason we won games

Nah dude...Jimmy WOULD NOT have won that game last night either. Not with everyone else hurt.

We've already established he's better than Hoyer/Mullens/CJ...good for him? I think we've also established Kyle can win with avg QB play as well. Imagine if he had a stud QB? They'd be Super Champions right now I'd bet money on it.

Christ Kyle is just asking for this s**t from his QBs lol...can't even get that.

The strip sack was bad. He just watched Skule get owned for 2.5 quarters. You have 1st-10 from the GB 44 after a penalty and you motion Jet out of the backfield leaving Nick to almost die.

I know down 20 pts he should have just handed the ball off over and over lol. This game was over the moment we lost our starting QB and got hit with a wave of COVID benchings.

blaming Kyle for this is ridiculous

There's no excuse for calling that play with a LT that's been getting killed. Run the ball on first down making a shorter pass easier for your backup QB. How about a roll out pass to the right? Away from your weakest link on the OL. How about max protection plays? I bet Richie could have run 4 jet sweeps in a row for two first downs.

I never expected them to win this game but I never thought Kyle would put his players in that many compromising positions. There were some great calls and some very odd ones.

Maybe he wouldn't have won it, but with a healthy Jimmy it would've been a better outcome than what Mullens showed last night.
The fact that people are trying to poo poo on our HC to prop up Jimmy is funny and weird. It's all in the film and has been.

Do we honestly think Jimmy playing on the Jags/Jets/Giants etc make them some awesome team? OR do we think having a top end roster and play-caller around Jimmy has made him at the very least a winnable QB, who's not asked to do too much?

Yes, where's your evidence that shows otherwise??

Confused... I thought Jimmy was the issue. No one was using injuries as an excuse then.

Wait are you saying having better talent gives you a better chance to win? Wow i think you unlocked the magic formula.

You know it's 2020 when Hoov is disagreeing with NY85.

Respect.

Who cares about a "better" outcome if they don't win...cool we put like 14 more pts up lol. Jimmy isn't taking a banged up/bad roster anywhere. He's simply not that good.

Again we've all established that he's better than UDFA Nick Mullens. Is that seriously what we've become satisfied with at QB in SF? He's better than a bunch horrible QBs? We sound like Bengal fans for crying out loud lol...let's keep Andy Dalton around for 9 yrs because he "isn't the worst" QB league while we're at it let's pay him $28M per yr after 5 great games

If you had these same standards for the OL, we'd be best friends!

Weird right? No one is saying Mullens is better than Jimmy...I'm just saying both are really that great. Our standard for what we want in a FQB is pretty damn low IMO.

I value QB play over OL play I also think a great QB can make an avg OL better. I'd like to see a healthy OL get a shot with a better QB.

ALSO I think they might be able to put a little more cash into the OL if they were able to get a rookie QB in there...think you might like that, no?
