If he passes on him, I'll literally blow a gasket lol. QB is our greatest need now, imo.

His dads best work was with Steve Young and John Elway. Both great throwers of the football but could move well. I bet he would love that kind of QB. https://t.co/0n3LB4kU2k

He passed on Mahomes and Watson.
We weren't shopping for a QB though.
He should have been...
It was literally the biggest need on the team and 3t wasn't top 5.
In hindsight you're right but at the time the entire team was a mess. No arguments over what a terrible pick Solomon was though. Never liked the pick.

Kyle did admit later that perhaps he should have dove deeper into that QB class but clearly, John wanted to build up the defense first and Kyle had his QB earmarked already.
Now, do they learn from their mistakes?

He did have a plan (Cousins as free agent). That you don't like that plan doesn't negate it existing.
He allegedly had that plan and abandoned it. It is irrelevant.
He abandoned it because Jimmy Garoppolo became available, they took a chance on him, and he balled out.
Of course it's relevant, because it disproves your broken record b******t about not having a plan pre-JG trade.
Truth but still glad we didn't get cousins

The point was that Jimmy, CJ and Kirk are his types over Watson or Mahomes types.
