From his personnel decisions drafting small running backs, soft receivers, and bad QBs. Down to the playcalling in the games.

I sincerely wish deep down that Adam Peters got full roster control. I know almost nothing about the guy and his philosophy on players. But its gotta be better than whats on display. I'm willing to bet that Peters was the one who volunteered himself to scout Zach Wilson because even he can't take this s**t anymore.

They could not continuously play Jerick mckinnon who runs slower than me.

They could not call conservatively.

They could not do a draw five yard behind LOS on 4th and 1 to said dead legged rb.

Roster is decimated no doubt. But Shanahan sucks and can't adjust his system. Inflexible. Stubborn. Childish

Again Klye is the most overrated HC we have ever had and probably the most overrated in the NFL.

We all want a rookie QB next season but with Shanahan's coaching record going into next season he cannot and will not chance a rookie starting, even if it were to be Lawrence or Fields. We are trading for an established NFL QB folks. Klye will be on the hot seat entering next season. Right now he looks like another Norv Turner, great OC but struggling HC

Details how Kyle is overrated. Please give us an in depth analysis of why he's overrated.

maybe read the whole post instead of quoting one part of it. It goes beyond injuries and play calling. This team lost in the offseason as far as I am concerned.

for Kyle to gamble on a rookie at this point is simply foolish for his sake. Regardless of how Garappolo has been, his record without Garappolo starting is terrible. HE would have been fired if Jimmy G did not come here. Think about it. Even if Garappolo is average at best, they cannot even afford to let him go anymore. And that is despite the fact that Jimmy may not even be that good overall.

That's not a good head coach. Sorry. Tomlin belichick and Carroll do more with the same situation.
