No context is needed in this discussion. Don't make me put you on timeout.

Yo Phoenix,

HOW come I don't get this kind of warning when I say we played very poorly????

Kyle didn't give this McKinnon that contract. This post-injury McKinnon isn't even *playing* on that contract.

The McKinnon he gave that contract to disappeared in the last week of preseason 2018. The only reason McKinnon is here and playing as much as he is is because he signed for the vet minimum this offseason and then Mostert, Coleman, Wilson and now Hasty all got injured.

Do you honestly think Kyle would be playing McKinnon as much as he has lately if Mostert and Coleman were healthy and available?

So you're saying he's stubbornly kept McKinnon 3 years too long.
I don't care who you have playing, if you're knownal as an offensive genius, it's embarrassing to watch you make zero adjustments on the other DC spamming 22 on you.

Not the finest game of Kyle's career. After a great initial first scripted drive, bad game all around. Run isn't working, game falls apart.

I still think KYLE would, ... he has to play McKinnon to still justify the fact that he made the team for a reason..

I'm saying it was worth bringing back McKinnon post injury recovery for one year at the vet minimum as the 3rd-5th string RB to see if he had anything left to contribute. After the first few games it was pretty clear that he didn't have his quickness back, and that even Wilson had passed him on the depth chart, putting him at the 4th-5th string spot. If there had been a preseason they may have seen this then and he may not have even made the roster. As it is, if the other guys had stayed healthy and were playing then McKinnon by this point (Game 10) is probably a debate over being active on game day, at best.

That's the reality. Trying to argue this as "Kyle's whole 2020 season plan was relying on the McKinnon personnel decision!" is just bad spin. Same goes for all the other "these are the guys Kyle chose!" arguments. No, he did not choose to have Hyder get all of Bosa's reps. No, his plan was not to have Grasu be their starting C.

Shanny ain't goin anywhere guys. Accept it.
Not having a plan at QB and desperately going for Jimmy G then not having a backup plan is not a good look right now.

Agreed. Not much we could do this season with all the Injuries that we've had to deal with but that's still no excuse for some of Kyle's decision making either.

Naw he isn't and he will have Kirk Cousins next seasons to justify his genius status lol

What team has a quality backup plan at QB? Do you think the Saints are gonna win many playoff games if Winston has to start over Brees?
