Hoyer didn't have a better year in Cleveland regardless of his WR. He threw more INTs than TDs and had a 55% comp rate.

Shanahan is a elite offensive mind. The franchise would be idiotic to get rid of him. He's more important than any player on offense imo

Idk about his leadership and other traits as a coach, but when someone is that good with scheming, they'll end up being a head coach somewhere.

No, if I was I would say so. What I was saying here is that Kyle picks his own qbs because he runs the whole show and is the mastermind of the offense.
I will say that Kyle has to win by 2022 at the latest and will be under extreme pressure to do so next year so his QB plan better bring results soon
