By other facets, they mean Draft, Free Agency, and the 90 man TC roster. Shanahan gets the final say on the final cut and gamed rosters. No biggy.

Landed one of the best young coaches, what a relief. The rebuild will take time, but I can't wait for the off season and beyond!
