Definitely seems to be the case. People need to let it go, if Harbaugh had got his gameplan correct and won the Super Bowl he'd probably still be here. JH still hasn't won a Championship and it's not happening with Michigan either.

That is an interesting criticism in the Shanahan thread.
The Yorks screwed up by getting rid of the only coach who had any success in their dysfunctional organization.
Hopefully Kyle can get the team back to the point where Harbaugh got them.

Yeah, totally agree, the real problem isn't Hoyer or Kyle Shanahan, it's the dork Yorks.

It's all Kyle Williams' fault.

I should have said hired by the Yorks. Mooch was good too and he got fired because he had a personality conflict with a York.
10-6 and a playoff team? Let's fix that by getting rid of the guy and bring in Erickson.
Mooch to Erickson and Harbaugh to Tomsula...The York's legacy.

I wonder how different our franchise would be right now if we had just one either the 2011 NFC Championship, Super Bowl 47 or 2013 NFC Championship. We should have won all three

I get your point, Arsenal, but rather than Gameplan, Harbaugh knew NO O!. Amazing, the "QB Whisperer" knew no O. Had to keep his man Roman around or he didn;t know what to do on O. Roman? Holy cow, talk about a weak OC...well, he was one. All that talent from all those yrs picking in top 6 or 7, first time top pick in draft...and what did harbaugh do wiht it? Well, he came close. But NO O in the NFL isn't good enough. No where near good enough. So i agree with your point, but just rejiggered gameplan to "NO O" harbaugh. Imagine, 3 yrs right there, wtih the Lombardi jsut waiting for us to take it home, and our boy shows up with no O. Wow, talk about all hat, no cattle...
Harbaw did know how to organize, though, and he did a good job of that with all our high pick talent. But putting together an O? Fuggedaboudit. No O...i still have a hard time belieiving htat.

I blame Gov. Edwin Edwards of Louisiana for the Niners downfall.
