He sure as hell will. You think Kyle likes losing to Pete Carroll? The 49ers knocked Seattle out of the playoffs in 2019 but I don't think that makes losing to them any easier.
If the Rams lose both games to the 49ers next year, the talk about Kyle being in McVay's head isn't going to stop just because of one game.

Once again, acquiring Lance was less about this year and more about the future. They identified a prospect that they liked and went all in on them. Time will tell if they were right or not but if they did happen to hit on a franchise QB then Lance will be winning games long after Stafford has retired.
And if Lance works out for Shanahan then nobody is going to care whether or not he sat his rookie season. You get a young franchise QB and you're in the playoff discussion every year.

Every team that drafts a QB is hoping that they are the one. If Shanahan and Lynch were right then they'll have many chances to win in the years ahead.
