All NFL offenses do that. Many routes use sight adjustments - run away from man, sit down versus zone.

Jimmy, obviously, is best suited back up trey and keep us competitive if trey gets hurt.

It's a question of $$.

And jimmy overlooking the numerous hatchet jobs he has been subject too by intemperate commentators who are relentelessly, mindlessly, desperately looking to avoid having coaching staff and FO take any responsibility for adverse season outcomes.

Jimmy deserves to be a starter somewhere else…you can't keep him here as a backup. That's a slap in the face to him. Hey take a pay cut, you're not gonna be the starter and good luck in FA after being a backup for a yr. Nah dude completely disagree doing that

The still doesn't do it justice. Imagine having a QB that can create on his own and help the playcall. People think that means running around and playing backyard football. Stafford pulled out his giant hog and threw it on the table with this play.

I wonder if the Rams winning it all using a hyper aggressive team building strategy will cause Lynch/Kyle to re-assess their strategy. The Emmanual Sanders trade was an aggressive midseason trade. I wouldn't mind moves like that if they feel the team is close at the midway point in the season.

I would love to see us make a big blockbuster trade In the off-season. I just don't see It happening though. Lynch and Kyle seem to conservative to push this team over the edge and bring In a big name signing
