"I've said it before, but if I was a General Manager and could hire any coach in the league right now, Kyle Shanahan would probably the guy that I hire."
Uh oh. Looks like Troy will be our next GM.
Or.... he plans on becoming cowboys Gm at some point and wants to snatch Kyle from us...

Complete nonsense. I showed My concerns and pointed out his issues regarding the 4th quarter of crucial games. How's that so hard to understand? Stop being so emotional over anything that's negative...
Just like I said he deserves all the praise in the world for what he did towards the end of the season, beating the Rams, cowboys and Packers on the road in consecutive weeks Is as Impressive as it's gets.

I think he has some things to work on, yeah.. nothing wrong with that... Every coach has things to work on. I've mentioned before that I wouldn't replace him with anyone.

It's a combination of the two, and you do realise a coach Is responsible for the players on the field, right? . I'm not gonna get into the Lance Vs Jimmy debate again, and why it was a mistake sticking with JG...

When we have a 4th quarter lead it's often okay let's 'protect' the lead by going conservative. In the end this is actually high risk because we rarely score doing this, we are extremely predictable and we give the opponent a sitting target by not increasing our score. The worst thing is watching us play the better game and losing cuz we got afraid in the 4th it's just terrible.

Once they are done with the scripted plays, it's a little more predictable.

I agree with this. It all comes back to the predictability of 4th quarter playing not to lose approach.

the problem is that he CAN NOT game plan.. he's got good play design and all, but he calls plays like it supposed to work every single time instead of trying to find the weakness against the team we are playing..
plus.. the below says it all..
32 Ws
40 Ls
not sure how he earned the word GREAT..
but of course, we have Grappy to blame when he could have traded for TB and MS.

Does 32 Ws and 40 Ls say it all when that's not even Kyle's record?
