What's with the weird what abouts? Is there a head coach that was the head coach for two decades that didn't win a super bowl?

If Kyle won a Super Bowl this yr but nothing for over a decade would you still want him as the HC come 2033?

If we are constantly knocking on the door and his offense is still one of the best in the league hell yes you keep him.

I asked you…..if you said no then you'd want guys like Tomlin, Payton, Reid, and Harbaugh gone all the same.

Sean Payton turned down 4 yrs $100M to be the HC of the phins reportedly. Payton has one super bowl win in 15 yrs with one of the best QBs in our lifetime under center….what did Gurden get 10yrs $100M! Dude won one super bowl with a team he was given from Dungy.

It wasnt two decades but Bill Cowher lasted till he finally made it. And for the most part didnt have a true QB till the mountain top. It's a tough decision when a coach makes the playoffs every year with a decently healthy and capable QB. We will see with Lance but so far KS seems to be able to make it to the dance so long as the QB1 can finish the season.
After Don Shula won his last Super bowl in 1973 he didn't win another super bowl until he retired in 1995. That's with Marino for 13 yrs. In those 22 seasons of not winning a SB, he only had two sub .500 seasons…but he should have been fired apparently.

Kyle turned a s**thole roster into a contender within 3 years while redeveloping the team culture, churning out head coaches from his tree, but if he doesn't win a SB with a second year starting QB he needs to get the axe. wtf am I reading?

You're reading a bunch of nonsense.

THAT alone tells you how sorry a HC could be.. all the years with Dan The Man, the late Shula couldn't build a team together..

While some of us witness how THE GREAT JOE GIBBS won 3 Super Bowls with 3 different AVERAGE QBs..

No one was saying Shula should be fired during that time though. Dude was still winning a s**t ton of games.
