That 4th QTR run game was always a sore spot for me with regards to Kyle. Hopefully Anthony Lynn and those bigger backs can remedy those 4th qtr ground game issues.

That is certainly one of them...going away from the momentum and going with the cold hand, so to speak.

When you start to lose momentum, sometimes you just need to call a T.O. and settle down.

Agree💯%, and to be honest, I really am looking forward *more* to Kyle creative run game than his passing game. Love the fact that he's gotten a legit physically talented elite QB, but I love Kyle's razzle dazzle run game. Those explosive Wind back blocks called at the right time!

It's going to be interesting if Anthony Lynn calls a time out against Kyle's wishes and pisses him off the way Saleh did.
Thank God he's got a legit, next level football genius like Grant Cohn to turn to for advice on playcalling.

So funny...MM, IIRC, said on a podcast recently, Kyle told him one of his biggest regrets was not calling a T.O. at a crucial juncture. See, he's learning!

Thank God it only took him six years.

Yes. He should finally (hopefully) go over .500 this year as a HC.

Let's hope so. That's assuming he's been working on his 4th Q play calling to help prevent those late game meltdowns.

He definitely is learning and to change your style of play (assuming more power/gap type calls) is pretty impressive. Changing your QB from a pocket to a mobile - is even more impressive. I hear Anthny Lynn was the de-facto Head Coach out there while Kyle was relaxing.

His ability and willingness to adapt and evolve is one of my favorite features of Kyle.
