I hope that will show up on the field and in the 2022 season as us losing out on being the in the top spot for most injured team in the NFL this year.

He's also beefed up the 4th qtr run game with actually drafting RB's now instead of going the UDFA way these past two years.

Let's hope so. We've certainly had our fair share of Injuries since 2017. Even though, I still believe that some of that Is due to the 9ers being too dependent On Injury prone players, as well as drafting/signing guys with Injury concerns.

With, Mostert, and ford both gone, It would seem that the 9ers are finally learning their lessons regarding Injuries.

Fingers crossed this team finally remains relatively healthy, this season and beyond. We're due for some good fortune.

Agree 💯%, NC and I have had debates as to why the teams have been injured so much.

A big part of it was simply ShanaLynch acquiring players who were already seriously injured before. Secondly, I think smaller faster players get more injured versus bigger slower players with bigger bones and tendons. Those fast twitch and explosive muscles tend to create stresses where the connective tissues connect with bones and other stuff. Dee Ford is an example of a player who's muscles are so explosive that they pretty much destroy his body. Sort of like an engine using Nitrous Oxide. Basically putting dynamite in your piston compression chamber, you need to rebuild that engine after every race.

According to Jose when Kyle took over that horrid roster in '17 he should have been 9-7 at worst. Then the next year when he lost his QB he still should have been at least 9-7 cause you know teams who lose their starting QBs are often successful. According to Jose their should have not been a rebuild period. Trent Baalke/ Chip Kelly left us a loaded team!!!

I know right? Hilarious. Borderline insane for anyone to expect many more wins with so many backups in year after year. Once again, EVERY TEAM DOES NOT deal with even remotely close to the same injuries. Since 2018 the niners are among the most injured teams and the Rams the healthiest. What kind of delusional person would expect to win many games without a starting qb, De, cbs, OT's C and on and on. Kyle has a great record when he has his AVERAGE QB in Jimmy G starting WITH multiple injuries. He absolutely destroys and embarrasses McVay with backups every year.

I'm so glad we have a top 5 coach. Now imagine if he had a top 10-15 qb??? He'd already have 2 Super Bowls.

Kyle **DID** try to get Tom Brady in Kyle's first year as HC, keep that in mind.

Tom Brady has been abysmal while under pressure since 2017. The last time he was good under pressure is back in 2017. Tom Brady might not have fared well on this team behind our O line the past couple of seasons.
We(Rams) have been fortunate with good health, or you could say have a helluva conditioning staff, sure. But let's not act like Sean didn't walk into a bad situation like Kyle did. McVay took over a 4 win team, inherited AD and Gurley… and Goff, made crucial free agent pickups, clutch draft picks, and installed a winning culture overnight. No doubt, Kyle had it rough his first couple years, and dude is a great play caller, but I'm curious to see how he fares out as a head coach. Always felt that he was the better schemer, and McVay the better leader.

I've been saying this for ages on all these QB hypotheticals. That's not to say a different QB couldn't have put us over the top at least once but you have to really look at what was going on here before dropping them in. Similar to the Alex Smith and Aaron Rodgers scenario. No chance in hell Rodgers handles being here like Alex did and as a result, who knows what his career would have looked like as a result.

The difference so far has been QB health and QB performance. The rams have been rather healthy at the position since McVay took over. The 49ers have been very competitve when Jimmy has been healthy. When it comes to talent though, Jimmy and Jared are the same tier QB's that benefited from having solid HC's that built scheme's around their strengths. Its no surprise that McVay was only able to win it all after they acquire Matthew Stafford. Matthew Stafford is a better QB than both Jimmmy and Jared. Our hope is that Kyle picked the right man for the job going forward that can play at a level that gets us over the hump.

This is a fan who knows his team. And this is the understatement of the year too.

There might be some truth to this. Having a hand picked QB, we're about to find out over the next couple years.

Lance scares the hell outta me. Just his size and speed brings a different element than Jimmy, something you guys haven't had since Kaep. He doesn't even have to be elite to put you over the hump. I hope we can see Kyle and Sean matchups for years to come. Screw the rest of the division

Tom Brady might not have fared well on this team behind our O line the past couple of seasons - well, Tampa rolled the dice and WON.. but lets keep giving Shanny and his STUPID play calling passes after passes because he's GREAT ??? is he GREAT ??

No chance in hell Rodgers handles being here like Alex did and as a result, who knows what his career would have looked like as a result. - It's the old CUDA WUDA SHUDA ... GREATNESS FIND A WAY...

Both the Rams and the Patriots should forever owe the Chargers and the Jets a FOREVER THANK YOU CARD because they were guilty of bringing Warner and Brady into the league ...

Trey is definitely faster, but I think it's weird that everyone keeps talking about Trey's size when they are nearly the same size (Trey 6-4, 224 lbs/Jimmy 6-2, 226 lbs).
