He's f**king child and he is nothing more than an offensive coordinator with an ego and schemes. We need a head coach.
There's a reason he doesn't win big games.
The hardest work he does is making sure he has injury and other scapegoats to mask his own deficiencies.

Looking like another losing season for Kyle unless he pulls a rabbit out the hat and magically turns this ship around. Otherwise, It'll be 4 losing seasons out of 6

• Not accepting the penalty to back Denver up & letting them kick the FG (there's your margin of loss there)
• Passing out of the f**king endzone (and getting Trent Williams injured in the process)
• Passing too much late, when you're near midfield and should've just run to try and get in range for the game-winning FG
• Putting it in the hands of Jimmy G where he has to pass to win you the game

Kirk Cousins has had some of the best weapons in the NFL and is not anything special.
Cousins never had the defenses SF has had under Shanahan. Cousins with Kittle, Deebo, Aiyuk, etc. would have defenses backed up instead of stacking 8-9-10 in the box.
Cousins fist year in Minnesota they had the #4 defense and the team went 8-7-1

Niners' greatest success under Shanny has been because of the defenses under Saleh and Ryans.
Ryan is a second year DC and his unit is lightyears beyond shanahan.

Kyle has gotten us to two NFCCGs and a SB with one of the worst QBs in the league.
