That said I don't think we should fire him. I think he needs help identifying a FQB, and O-linemen. If we fire Kyle we have to find another head coach and OC. Now if you had Payton on the line then I say do what you gotta do but redoing everything just kills me.

Remember when we have a different coach for like 4 straight years?

Shanahan is the problem when most of time all of the receivers are covered and there is no separation.

Shanahan threw away one year of Trey's development. With only a handful of games in three years and after a serious injury, are you actually expecting Trey to play like a Top-10 QB next season?
