Why would Shanahan sign there? Russ is a total mess and so is the broncos draft and cap situation.

Stupid is expecting him to lead this team to a championship. He is not the guy. Always comes up short. Team is never prepared or disciplined. No killer instinct. I would be happy with a 5th rounder to get him out. Will not happen though- Yorks just love him. Eddy would have sent him packing. God I miss him running the show.

For those that want Kyle replaced, who do you want to replace him with? Some unproven college coach? How about an OC that may or may not be able to be a HC? It's easy to fire people but not easy to find good replacements. How many great coaches ar ether in the NFL. Three of four. Maybe five. The rest are just bouncing around.
