The sad thing is the team he had was infinitely more talented than this one, going to be awhile before we're anywhere near 2012 again.

You can say that about most rosters. For example:
2005 49ers: 17 first and second rounders
2011 49ers: 16 first and second rounders

KS as both the HC and OC is tough right now.... not exactly inspiring in either role.
