He's doing too much and isn't experienced enough to tackle double duty. Imagine getting a promoted to manager but you still had to do your day to day job from before. Tough s**t. He's sleeping at the office for gods sake.

...and in reality there was never a question. Kyle's scheme is battle tested for almost a decade. Only in a fantasyland divorced from years of football history is a guy in year 1 of a total rebuild and install considered the problem.

Rebuilds start with new Coaches and GMs....had they not f**ked up so bad with the Harbaugh firing and muiltipled it with two s**tty coaching hires we wouldn't have been in a position to need to fully rebuild. They f**ked up and the admission was cleaning house and allowing a complete overhaul.
Coulda salvaged it....mike Shanahan with Kyle at OC being groomed as future HC and Vic at DC for 2015 coulda been pretty nice. But Trent still had Jed's ear and his hardon for the Parcells way guide our moves. This I hold Jed accountable for.....blowing it all up I give him credit for. It's just a shame we all had to witness the rudderless squads that were '15 & '16.
