HHeck of a coach with five all pros in skill positions. Plus the best rookie quarterback performer ever. Plus Mitchell Jennings Mason. Can't say he doesn't have the tools to be successful.

Kyle took us to the Superbowl when the talent behind Deebo and Kittle was like, Emmanuel Sanders and Tevin Coleman. Coach gonna coach.

KKyle is an incredibly talented guy and we are lucky to have him in this organization. No question. No argument.

Having said that, It's okay for the talent to be successful outside the play designs. It's okay for guys to build chemistry and improv on the field successfully. That's okay for example, it won us the game yesterday. Nothing wrong with that.. A wise parent realizes when it's time to let the kids make their own choices.

For sure, it's just that some people like to detract from Kyle's achievement by insinuating that he's just being buoyed up by talent. Not to say that that was your angle, but you can see why people reacted?

No one is saying it's not okay…every team has to make plays out of structure. I've been the number one guy supporting that and got a ton of hate because our old QB simply couldn't do it. There's a difference between being a game manger and a QB that can run the offense AND make plays when s**t breaks down.

it's a reason why Lance was the pick and a reason why we all like Brock/he's been successful so far.

He brought in the talent AND has maximized it. No one can deny that. Players still need to execute end of the day, that's why they get paid the big $$.

Um hmm. You don't get a sense there's culture in the film room that scolds players for going off schedule?

At least publicly, KS has commended Brock on all of the successful (i.e. scoring) nonschedule plays.

It also seems that the receivers are better prepared to adjust to BP when the pocket breaks and he freelances.

I'm not seeing the culture you're describing at all.

Man the way our defense played today, Kyle needs to call them out every week

"eagles defense dominated the giants more" or something lol

This was the best game of the season by our defense. They played LIGHTS OUT. It feels good because a lot of us were worried our defense was starting to slide some.

mad props to 38 - he's really turned it up a notch and is playing great football. He had some really nice, clean tackles too. Proud of him to overcome the adversity this season. If Mosley is back next year - we have a great CB room. This was a great draft pick

I would say it depends why you went off schedule. Kyle has mentioned that Brock usually immediately knows he made a mistake and tells Kyle.

i think if you just miss what Kyle designed the play for in general and then run around on a consistent basis - yeah, he's going to murder someone. It's just a balance.

i think every player get scolded for missing assignments on plays. Kyles plays require everyone to execute their role correctly, so it's really important that all 11 are playing their part.

I agree with this. I thought Kyle was a little cautious In the first half, but came through strong In the end.

It didn't help that the O-line got mauled through those first 2Q of the game.

Overall, It was a HUGE win against a team that gave everything they had.
With the pressure that Dallas was putting on Brock, there wasn't a whole lot they could do. The run was getting stuffed and much of there offense is built of running successfully. They aren't a drop back and throw deep team. They usually only do that when they're running the ball well and the defense is focused on trying to stop it.
