49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Thread

Wow what a gut punch of a game. Feels like the NFCCG in 2013/14 marking the end of the dynasty. Hope I'm wrong.

this guy has wasted every opportunity and the Eagles….the EAGLES…..are about to win a second SB in the same timeframe Kyle was hired, with two different coaches and two different quarterbacks. The EAGLES.

and Kyle's supporters for the millionth time will say, "can't wait until next year"

Two words Sean Payton am I right?

He has a SB. What does Kyle have ?

I hope it's over. Sick of the same s**t different day crap. This rerun is getting old. Hottest team in the nfl that no one wants to face in the playoffs, until said playoffs. All it done is buy this coaching staff another year for the same blunders. I'm sick of it. I'd rather see it crash and burn and get some real coaches here.
Takes a special kinda "fan" to blame a head coach who has taken this team to the NFC championship with his 3rd string QB and then losing said 3rd string QB to injury on the first drive in the game causing the loss.

Shanahan is a great coach, this is a terrible take. But players get older. We need a heathy QB above Jimmy level.

They have two young QB's on cheap deals, most of their top talent is locked up or will be locked up, this is nothing like those teams, just some really terrible injury luck at a position where they had zero margin for error considering who the backup was. Gotta reload, add some more depth, keep building up front and try to come back strong next season.

FACTS
KS made several critical errors.

He should've challenged the play. I was calling for a challenge from home right away. Then he puts his QB in harms way with a terrible play that puts a pass rusher against a backup TE.

The HC is not above reproach. He made a few KEY mistakes.

Its 28-7, challenging that play didn't make a difference in the final outcome. People want to point the fingers at someone but QB's have their arms hit on the regular, rarely does an injury result and usually its just s**tty luck, same thing with a player going down awkwardly when they hit the ground and are perfectly okay hundreds of times.
The fact that we got this far with lance, jimmt g and Purdy is impressive. We are in good hands.

Last year he took a 3-5 team and took them to the NFC championship.
If I was a simp , I would blame Shanny too
Just down it I'm over this
