And therefore 99 out of 100 times it's a poor decision. You don't leave a TE one-on-one with a guy who had 18 sacks.
Yet NFL teams do it every single week. Bosa has been matched up with TE's plenty of times.
Really gonna blow his mind when DEs get left unblocked intentionally also.
There are no minds to be blown. It's a poor choice.

Isn't it obvious. He asked him to pass. If he had been injured running then that would be the reason. People that are sick of Shanahan are nuts. Today it was a little of both. I didn't see one penalty that was a terrible call. One or two might have been close but hitting the QB out of bounds and grabbing receivers right in front of the ref is stupid. The roughing the kicker penalty was desperation trying to block the punt and make something happen. Just not out day.
Why do you call a play that takes 4 seconds to develop and leave your backup TE blocking their best pass rusher? Situational awareness. Why not challenge the big 4th down non catch from D. Smith? Trying to save a timeout / challenge IN THE FIRST HALF?

Very much facts! Kyle is a heck of a coach. Glad he's the coach of the niners. If it wasn't for some very unfortunate luck Philly can be beaten. Felt like him and lynch put together a hell of a team. Couple positions we can hopefully address this off-season and like where we are headed into next season.
