You could argue we need a slot receiver who can run routes but really the team is more likely to decline than get better.

It's mostly we need a coach that knows that you can't run a lot of play actions on a team with 70 sacks. Or that your offense is too complex for a non genius QB to execute.

The problem imo is not the talent...

-Improved play at DT. The loss of DJ Jones was felt in how many times they let teams run up the middle.

-Further upgrades at CB, Ward was a huge positive step but they need to add to the position.
-Improved pass blocking at RG and RT. They need to decide if Burford is the future at RG or if they need someone better there. Is McGlinchey worth the big deal he's going to command or can they get better/similar performance for less by drafting a tackle?
When this team wins together it's incredible. But when they lose together, it is in EPIC fashion.

My favorite coach since Walsh. Top 5 coach in the league min. Glad we have him. Sign him for the next 10 years!

No one to throw the ball.
Only once ( 2019 ) has our QB managed to stay healthy under Kyle.
Every season before and after that, our Qbs are always getting Injured.

Is that really bad luck?

I don't mind the criticism of Kyle.

It's the wild calls for him to be fired that does my head in.

Yup. Its ok to critique but to call for his head is not right.

That failed challenge was bad. The TE on DE was bad. Also i feel he lost control of his emotions and the team followed suit.

Very much facts! Kyle is a heck of a coach. Glad he's the coach of the niners. If it wasn't for some very unfortunate luck Philly can be beaten. Felt like him and lynch put together a hell of a team. Couple positions we can hopefully address this off-season and like where we are headed into next season.

At some point after losing QBs every year, you'd hope Kyle can figure out we can't let free runners or unblocked rushers just continue to put big hit after big hit on our QBs.

Deserves a helluva lot more credit, though. So long as that is included,...criticize away.

Special Teams was still 24th ranked too.

Sadly, same exact issues as last year...ST, CB/S, OL, DT/ER.
I'm not mad at Kyle. Any other coach would not have made it this far. Efn bad luck

Facing scrutiny from the press and fans. He should have to explain the decision and take accountability for it being a poor one.

Kroft is generally a good blocker. Not like he had Dwelley out there.

99 times out of 100 that's just a fumble.

And therefore 99 out of 100 times it's a poor decision. You don't leave a TE one-on-one with a guy who had 18 sacks.

Yet NFL teams do it every single week. Bosa has been matched up with TE's plenty of times.

Show me how many times Bosa has been lined up one-on-one against a TE (a backup no less) in passing situations this year.

And then show me how many time Bosa was successful.

You're not making the point you think you're making.

Sorry I don't have tape for all the games to go back and make a bunch of cut ups. If you watch other teams, you would know this is not uncommon.

You guys are just all up in your feels and looking to point fingers and place blame.

Today he was handicapped. But he partly is to blame for putting himself and the team in that spot. Also tons of penalties (some very ticky tack). Usually that falls on the HC.
Make the OL a f**king priority

I'm with you there, need to address the right side of the offensive line, need to b better in pass blocking situations. I don't wanna see mcglinchey back, really need to figure out if Spencer burford is the answer.
