Jimmy's NEVER played @ Purdy's level during his tenure here. Their levels of play are night and day. This was magnified in the playoff games. The best Jimmy's ever looked in the playoffs for a sustained period of time is "incapable."

Yea it was just the way the offense flowed and scored at a higher rate with Purdy. That was the best Kyles offense has looked since he got here

I mean go watch the games,..starting with Miami. That says everything.

AGAIN,...his hand going numb doesnt suddenly raise Jimmy's level of play here or anything. No false narratives the moment the seasons ends. Thanks.

The one where Robbie Gould hit 3 2nd half FGs and Greenlaw had a fumble return for a TD?

Yes. Even that one.

Even? that is the one you told me to start with. I mean i love that a 7th round QB could keep this offense moving well, but no reason to build him up and others expenses. What he did can stand on its own.

Yea from the Miami game till his hand got hurt. The 2 players were simply not in the same league while they played for the 49ers. Not into revisionist history. I wish Jimmy the best wherever he goes.

Shanahan didn't have a proper game plan for Philly
offensive line wasn't ready
purdy internal clock wasn't fast enough
Kroft can't block any all pro
Not challenging a 30 yard one hander on 4th was enough to lose a close game
JJ is garbage
No clue wtf Jordan Mason didn't get 50-100 Carry's this year
Tough loss. Would have liked to see best on best. Better team won, but 49ers didn't even make them earn it

Kyle is the Jimmy Garoppolo of HC's...can go on a great winning roll, plays best when his back is against the wall, can roll up elite stats, and play with the best of them. But in the moments you need him most, he's not quite the guy to get you over the hump and it's 100% mental.

I still believe you can win a Superbowl with both under the right circumstances though. I still believe in Kyle. But sometimes he needs to be saved from himself and his blinders-focus on play calling.

Starting the offseason strong with stupid takes. Can't wait for more

It's like he stockpiles them for right after the niners lose
If you need a PFF nerd's stats to make your argument for Garoppolo then it's clear you don't watch the games or don't know what you're watching.

Once his 3rd QB was injured? I can agree with you there.

Shanny is not going to win one with avg QB play. I know everyone here wants to level him a genius….offensive guru…."elite"… but you don't earn elite status losing a SB and a handful of NFCC games. Sorry.

Kyle has failed with every quarterback he's handpicked. The sad part is he had the opportunity to bring in the GOAT and we might be swimming in a championship right now except he picked JIMMY over Brady. Doesn't make him the best talent evaluator when it comes to quarterbacks.

if you guys think that with another year of Trey / Brock, and pretty much the same roster, the circumstances will change and we will be Super Bowl bound, you're in for a rude awakening.

I don't know whether it's Lynch, or maybe even Jed, but this team better chase down Rodgers or Brady ASAP. We need to win one now, then have a roster that can compete for years to come. Can't keep wasting a talented roster with an "aww shucks" mentality….

This was a stacked roster. Probably the most stacked roster in the league, and Kyle still couldn't get it done.

Go away

Trash post.
