beathard will be a backup no matter what we do next year. just let him sit and learn until Hoyer or New QB gets injured

i shudder to think he is learning the hoyer way.
doubt it, CJB just needs to learn the defenses/playbook and the speed of the game

He's had minicamps, training camp, preseason and five weeks of regular season to learn the playbook. Let's go out and see if he can be more consistent than Hoyer, a pretty damn low bar to clear.

and we know he knows our rookie tight end like the back of his hand. thats a nice start. i am glad the coach is no longer saying,. hoyer gives us our best chance to win. we know that is not the truth

i get that... i just wonder if coach is letting hoyer hang himself with his poor play. i just can not believe if hoyer keeps going on as we get closer to the halfway point of the season. the drum will get louder for him to make a change. the only way to learn the things you speak of is to throw him in there or maybe do so and do it in a way to give him some success and confidence early. like plays to his former team mate,. our good tight end.. see there are a couple things i like about the team!!

OK. Here is my deal. i could care less about bowman. his game was done, he was done and he was starting to run his mouth. and the new regime obviously with moves they have made have decided that vet leadership is over rated . staley and hyde may be next,... anyway kyle. here is my question. if i am to believe what fans here say. some of them that they do not care about this season. its a throwaway etc and we are all about developing young players. than why the hell is hoyer still your qb. if you are about young talent it makes no sense to play hoyer . give the kid a chance. or maybe its cuz you hand picked hoyer for the team and you are afraid of losing face if you set your boy down? legit question

Tim Ryan said in an interview that CJ just isn't ready
With a rookie qb I think it's better to wait until the bye week.

Prevent defenses Grant Cohn thinks that all of Kyle's yards are a product of prevent defenses

he means nothing to me. i understand this is a throwaway year but not sure if empty seats with a putrid offense led by hoyer is building much good will for the future. the problem is hoyer continues to make the same mistakes all the time which tells me he is broke and can not be fixed

70% of the teams coordinated by KS are in the bottom half of the league in points scored....

Sink or swim

Shanny is trying to get the offense going. get everyone on board with the plays. why would he baby hoyer or any QB when the main goal is to get everyone ready

Haha.....keep trying.

Here's Mike Holmgren

Wanna take a guess at what years he had at top QB and what years he didn't.....then apply this logic to Kyle. I'll cut you some slack.

Year Rank QB
2008-17th Matt Schaub
2009-10th Matt Schaub
2010-25th Mcnabb
2011-26th Grossman
2012-4th RG3
2013-23rd RG3
2014-27th Hoyer
2015-21st Ryan
2016-1st Ryan

Its not like he has been working with HOFers. Schaub, RG3, Hoyer and Ryan all had the best years of their careers with Shanahan.
