Kyle wants to win, but he wants to win and make sure he gets 90% of the credit.

Honestly, the average football fan is too dumb to understand concepts like this.

Howie Long has been out of football for decades. You had people questioning if Fangio was a good choice for DC because he was away for a year and people are dredging up comments from some old Raiders fossil. Shanahan's offense has been spreading all over the league, even the Patriots were trying to run it, that doesn't happen if its a bad or flawed scheme.

You can have a bad playcall and good results, you can also have a good playcall with bad results, ultimately it comes down to how the players on the field execute.

Kyle isnt going anywhere for awhile but if you two like, I can put you both on timeout until he's gone, if that would help whatever stress-associated process you're going through.

But yet they b***h and whine about it constantly. This is what Thomas replied to a G Cohn comment

I don't want KS to be fired but he has major character flaws.

He cannot admit when he's wrong or has made a mistake. He's way too defensive. Comes off as an immature kid during his press conferences whenever someone questions him. You have to wonder if a guy with that kind of mindset has the ability to adapt and improve from criticism.
