Kyles the best offensive coach wev had in 10s of years. a long time. but as we are now spending more an more time with him, an going through more an more seasons with him we are learning a very sad an dissapointing thing. it looks like he does not want to grow/update/change/evolve. listen to how he talks an then look at the decisions he makes regarding players, drafting, an even calling plays. the dude is stubborn an refuses to adapt. we have an injury problem of epidemic levels and hes so used to it he thinks its normal. ITS NOT. look at last years NFCCG. the run was getting stuffed all game, were down in the 4th quarter and HAVE TO get a first down to not send the team home for the year. what does he decide to do? run our f**king FB up the middle into the DL that was shutting us down all day. insane.

these characteristics are now costing us SBs. had he made different decisions this season, or last season in that NFCCG im confident we move on an possibly win it all. but all the little mistakes an decisions he is making are now becoming the difference makers between us advancing an us going home. how long should we put up with this in the name of "oh but look at how many YAC Yards deebo had, or look at how many RBs he produces with" ? why tf does any of the offense matter if its pretty much a guarantee to get stopped in the playoffs.

im not here to see the 49ers have a 2000 yard RB im here to see the 49ers win trophy #6 as a team. he should remain our HC for now, but every year they keep blowing our chance at that, i continue to lose more faith in their strategy an stubborn refusal to address the problems holding us back from winning it all.

Excellent 👌
John Lynch is hilarious...just Trey?

By "he" he means, BeatHard, Mullens, Jimmy, Brock and Trey.

General manager John Lynch, a former NFL safety, told reporters. "He's obviously going to have to prove that he can stay healthy...

No I don't. None of Kyle's protégés run his system the same way. Even their philosophy is different. You don't need to look anywhere past what's in front of your face here. Or don't.

Explain to me how it's luck when it's been a recurring and consistent theme all 6 years? If it was luck, we'd easily have regressed back to the mean by now. In fact the AGL research shows you outlier teams usually bounce back to their norm or mean the very next year.

So explain to me the luck angle.
what.. what a cop out. you know that is some sorry s**t posting there.. absurd claims but doesn't need to provide any proof ..thats just weaksauce

but that is every NC post

NC, what is it about Kyle's scheme/operation/philosophy that makes it more injury prone for the players? I'll list some things so you can either use them, or perhaps it sparks a reason that I didn't list:

- amount of run plays called
- variation of run plays (blocking schemes)
- high amount of playaction
- high amount of presnap motion
- high amount of QB under center (compared to other teams)
- WRs often aligned in a reduced split (near the OT/TE)
- high amount of throws over the middle
- high amount of 21 personnel (using a FB)
- not enough 11 personnel (compared to other teams)
- practices are too hard
- practices are too easy (I listed both because I don't know how his practices compares to other teams)
- poor nutrition in the cafeteria (no idea how either of us can definitively claim either way on this)

I'll take a, "idk it just is", answer too.

12game win streak is great.. yippee..
I want to win once we get to the playoffs not lose like Kyle constantly does. People that love and can't admit his shortcomings are Blind fans

what suggestions do you have on who will replace him?

I'm waiting.......
you won't have anyone man enough to give you a sincere answer

There is no answer. That's the answer.
then there is no problem

Just unlucky.
well if you can't provide anything saying it's not.. then you got your answer

you know you have to get there to win one right ?

just talking out your you know what doesn't resolve anything
If the decision was up to half the Niner armchair GMs every year the HC doesn't win it all he'll get replaced so IOW we'd be on the 6th guy in 6 years. No common sense whatsoever. You can count on 2 fingers the guys you'd replace him with and their names are probably Reid and Payton. The first guy is entrenched and the second required giving up a 1st, 2nd rounder, etc. which don't exist.

you can even narrow it down to the play when the injury occured..

Still would have been a better idea to have an established beast blocker protecting Purdy from Reddick. You don't leave the Crown Jewels lying around on a downtown street?

I'll take just an explanation how the 8 year injury analysis thread (Aka the cute and paste injury report thread) was started in 2017 yet somehow it's scheme that has impacted all these various regimes and offenses and defenses

I'm not talking about one play. The claim is that it's Kyle's scheme/philosophy, which goes back 5 years now.

After all, winning super bowls ( or at least one ) Is what It comes down too, right?

My biggest concern with this team right now Is that with all the talent on this team and yet we still have a question mark at the most Important position.

Kittle Is getting up there In age and big Trent could retire soon........ the time Is now.

Why would it be ridiculous... aren't you tired of getting so far then LOSE? Why does everyone think this dude is the greatest thing since sliced bread...HES a loser. What has he ever won?..... NOTHING

That's why every year you're only 1 of about 3 people still dying on that lonely hill after the definition of insanity repeats it's theme.

We're on to QB4 and Colton McKivitz. LOL

How much more evidence do you need that the earth is flat? The ships NEVER COME BACK!!!!!
