Why laugh? He said nothing wrong.

And those fans never played football. Every play call isn't going to work so yeah you can criticize it if you want to act like every play call should score a TD. He has admitted to being wrong multiple times so this is just made up b******t. Like when you were typing this did you stop and think about it? You're better than this be better

People need to realize Kyle isn't Jim Harbaugh

I'm not directing this at anyone specific, I'm just saying... there's too many extremely well-respected players and coaches who call Kyle a genius, mastermind, wizard, and future HOF coach for me to take the average fan's take as anything remotely credible.

I've been a football nerd my whole life, and while I'm not employed by the NFL or a team, I see what these football professionals see. If you know football, I don't understand why some others can't see the same thing. No one is saying Kyle never ever makes a mistake or is infallible. Like, duh, he's human. But come on. We have people legit going to the extreme of saying we should fire him. Downright asinine.

I guess the average fan refuses to give any credence to Kyle's current and former players and coaches who were actually with him every day and/or study his stuff because they have to face him.

Well put

So, appeal to popularity?

Questionable playcalling: running Trey Lance 16 times against the Arizona Cardinals. Lance would get hurt later in that game too.

Both Offensive minded coaches who when hired were tasked to fix the qb position, both have failed, although the jury is still out on Kyle, both also have 2 Conference Championship and 1 Super Bowl loss on their resume in their 3 most successful seasons as NFL coaches.

They are cut from the same cloth as far as I'm concerned

So appeal to authority? That's still a fallacious argument.

One notable difference, Harbaugh had the 49ers winning from the moment he started. Kyle lost a lot of games before Jimmy the golden goose showed up.

You don't see any difference between the roster talent with the team Jim took over compared to the team Kyle took over?

Hypothetically, if Singletary was coaching the team (and not Harbaugh), how well do you think that team would have done? Lot of nail-biters that year, I remember.

What does that have to do with Kyle Shanahan taking over a roster void of talent?

So with that logic Jimmy is a great qb.

Got it.

I guess I have a longer memory. Tomsula and Kelly left this team in shambles after Harbaugh left. Once Shanalynch arrived, they began a complete purge of the entire team and replaced nearly everyone, whereas part of the reason Harbaugh came was this team was loaded with talent and he didn't need to restock any cupboards. Your golden goose then tore his ACL, which may have been the best thing he did for the team, allowing us to draft Bosa. That year, once the talent had been restored, Kyle was winning, and had continued since, with the exception of the other year we were plagued by injuries.
