Sirianni is about to lose a big chunk of his coaching staff and they have 7 defensive starters who are free agents. Might be a very different team in 2023. Pederson won a damn SB and didn't get the length of rope Andy got. Sirianni could be looking at the same thing if the next season or two go sideways for whatever reason.

it is what it is... Kyle may just end up being a HOF coach, but it wont happen here.. he'll need to crawl before he gets to walk, and that did not happen... right away, he got too much credit for being a good play designer..
