49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Thread

Well, it's pretty obvious what we need to work on:

#49ers had 7 dropped passes yesterday, giving them a total of 20 on the year. That is most in the NFL.

We're #1 in penalties, drops and missed tackles.

Oh and 49ers are on there way to having a first 1,000 yard receiver since 2014 Anquan Boldin, in Pierre Garcon.

Imagine what we'd be without all the drive killing drops and penalties. So frustrating.

Unfortunately Shanahan has the opposite effect on Hoyer.
We need Matt Ryan.

That doesn't even make sense. This is first year of an install with a placeholder at QB. We knew Hoyer would only be serviceable at best. We had to take what was available, Ryan wasn't, was he? Did you believe that this would be a winning season or something with the dog crap we had for talent when Kyle took over? Or would you rather mortgage the future in a rebuild to have made a splashy signing with no decent team around them?

What did I post that didn't make sense? Hoyer sucks in Kyle's system and Ryan does not.
I want a FQBotF and I think waiting to build the rest of the team up first is a bad idea.

Right Woo...bring in a potential FR Qb with NO effing center of the OL, no RG no C, and let them be the express way to the FR QB . Turn that QB into david Carr who got murdered every single play with no OL in front of him. I could name a slug of other notables, Dan Pastorini is a classic, with the Houston Oilers. They developed the "lookout" block and when their man went thru them like a hot knife thru butter, they turned around and yelled "LOOKOUT". When Pastorini was asked why he did speedboat racing, where it was dangerous for his health, he replied:
Dangerous? Hey, playing behind our OL is dangerous for your health. Too many QBs to count got ruined for that exact reason. NO OL. So at the very least, you gotta have an OL to protect your FR QB or very soon he will be just a dishrag and beat to holy krapt. Also they lose their confidence. NOPE, what you say is bass ackwards, and always will be. You FIX YOUR OL FIRST, and THEN bring in your FR QB. Bringing in the best QB to a non functional OL is a recipe for disaster and hx bears that out. You are dead wrong on this one bubba.

At least we got good OTs at either end, and we got TEs who can block. Laken is a big improvement over beadles, but still has a long way to go. Kilgore and fusco...can't wait til they are gone, and they will be come end of season.

Also people say don't blame the refs, BUT those two phantom OPI's took the 49ers out of FG range yesterday and against the Rams.

Spend A few offer some fixing the OK then draft a FQB to develop?
Does Kyle see Beathard as a possible FQB?
All I know is that the ShanaLynch 9ers are more fun to watch than any 9er regime since Mooch... even with Harbs the offense was like watching paint dry and not nearly as entertaining as what we have now...

ARROW UP IMO

If an astute coach like Ben McAdoo can relinquish play calling duties, pretty sure KS should now feel obligated....

1) Lowell Cohn
2) TK

GC is young, but has HOF potential. Arrow way up.
