"So gimmicky". If you can force blown coverages before the ball is snapped, then you should try to do that.

What about it? Is the point you're making that Reid/Mahomes got lucky? I was just addressing the 'blown coverage' play (the first tweet in your post above).

Speaking of gimmicky, did you see Andy Reid bust out the old school wing T buck sweep in the Superbowl? My high school plays are coming back in vogue.

I was addressing both plays. Some people got into it the other day about both those plays being amazing and wishing Kyle could drawn up such easy plays…turns out Reid and Co didn't even drawn up that TD play lol.

Dude ran a ring around the rosy pre-snap this season and we got dudes calling Kyle gimmicky lol.

No. It was more at the people that told me how amazing Reid was and brought up both those plays specifically. Turns out one of those TDs wasn't even how the play was suppose to be run lol.

They drew up that first one. I think KC saw how PHI was adjusting to presnap motion and used it to their advantage.

We were not as close as people think this year. We beat a crap Seahawks team then squeeked out a lucky win against Dallas. We would have been lucky to get a win against Philly and it's highly unlikely we would have gotten lucky again against the chiefs.
It looks close but the problem is the Dallas game was a mismanaged and coached game we got lucky to win.
Then the Philly game was again miscoached during both the lack of challenge and not running it during FG range with Josh Johnson. That's 10 points in coaching alone.
If you call games like that against 4 good teams you will lose one of those pretty much guaranteed.
That's the whole point. You either need overwhelming talent and splash signings which we do not do. Or excellent mistake free coaching and timeout calling.
Our biggest splashes have been huge misses for the most part, Kwon Alexander, broken back boy, verrett, etc.. and there all half assed 1 or 2 player signings instead of pushing In all out chips.
This team literally could have had hasaan Reddick last year. He's on 15 mill a year which we could have paid.
Anyway the point is something will have to change in order to win 4 games in a row. Either purdy will need to be Montana 2.0 or you find somebody who can not make critical coaching mistakes. It does not matter how good a play caller they are.

Good points.
I think we need an extra top edge guy plus Mosely healthy, and I will start building the statue of Kyle myself in time for the Super bowl Parade next February!

Since nobody wants to get a coach that can call mistake free games then if that does not happen we can cry for paraag and lynch to be replaced instead to get us over the hump next year.
Or just be content being knocked out of the playoffs for eternity and extend everyone for another 10 years.
