We aren't getting rid of him anytime soon. But it wouldn't hurt him to hire some help, true OC that can help him some of the playcalls or at least experienced OC that can help him with some of the gametime management (when to be aggressive on 4th down, challenges, etc) as Kyle is so focused on playcalling.

He is 6-3 in the playoffs as a HC. How many active HC's have a higher win rate than 67% in the playoffs? I bet I can count them on one hand.

which game and where did he get outcoached, give detail
without adjustments winning 12 plus games a season and making it to 3 NFCCG/SB doesn't happen
where is this fold down myth.. can you give any context .. i bet you can't ..even with all the info/vids out there to help your claim

Okay. What coach are you going to bring in that could do any better with this team? Who do you have in mind? Some assistant? Some college coach? Good luck.

We all want a SB win. Doesn't mean that our coach is a loser because he hasn't won one yet.

Why is he stubborn and full of himself? Who said he isn't willing and hasn't been coaching Trey Lance? Why does he need an excuse? The film shows how good he is as a playcaller. Those playoff games mostly come down to player execution. Unfortunately, players miss plays that were there to be had and there is absolutely nothing he can do about it from the sideline. Has he been perfect? No. But he has been a top 5 coach in this league and his regular season and playoff records demonstrate that.

He's in desperate need of attention. Like the girls who post work out videos for all the internet to see but freak out if a guy at the gym looks in their general vicinity.

That flys in the face of what the players actually say.

More then one player has said they brain storm with Shanny and said specifically the team is run by committee with a large amount of player input.

How you get stubborn and full of himself out of that is beyond me.

I'll edit this to put in a video from the last time I heard this mentioned.

Deebo is specifically talking about Shanny putting players before anything, and how he seeks out input from his players and very matterfactly says Kyle does not make any decisions on his own.

This is way more CEO then it is tyrant.
