Stop trying to twist s**t. My argument is you keep saying that KC's o line was #2. Which in your mind is just as good as #1. The reality is, they were not. They weren't even close. Refer to my pressure stats.

#2 or #3 or whatever is still a "top" unit. Couple that with a top QB and they squeaked it out over another top OL and QB.

That's football in the modern age.

The formula stands either way.

No it doesn't. Keep denying the horrendous pass pro by KC in the playoffs. Because you know, QB's cannot transcend poor pass blocking.

There's nothing extreme about admitting who had the two best lines last year. That's like trying to say the 9ers and Eagles didn't have the two best DL's or overall defenses.

I also haven't asked you for anything. You're working OT to try to prove the Chiefs didn't have a top OL.

I just showed you what the best OL and DL site said from start to finish and nobody disagreed...until now.
I must have missed it? What thread? What day?

It's remarkable how far we've come from sacks given up being the barometer to now 😂

I already gave you establish the run's season start ranking, mid season rankings and playoff rankings.

Chiefs #2 to start the season, #3 mid-season by Thorn and #3 going into the playoffs.

They are just as knowledgeable on the DL:

Tier 1: Every-Week Starters
Dallas Cowboys
The Dan Quinn-led Cowboys finished as the D/ST2 last season and arguably got better in the offseason. They drafted the highly-regarded Mazi Smith to be an anchor in the middle of the defensive line, with Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence back as the outside anchors in pass rush. Dallas also signed Stephon Gilmore to man the other corner position opposite Trevon Diggs. There are playmakers at every level of this defense, while they boast Thorn's No. 1-ranked defensive line. They should be an elite fantasy defense once again this season.

Philadelphia Eagles
Philly was a consistent fantasy performer last season, finishing as the D/ST5 thanks to a league-high 70 sacks. Their 25.5% pressure rate ranked second behind only Dallas, and they largely return the same personnel up front with first-round pick Jalen Carter substituted for offseason departure Javon Hargrave. Their star power paired with depth up front gives them a consistent fantasy floor with upside for more each week with Darius Slay and James Bradberry manning the outside corner positions.

San Francisco 49ers
DeMeco Ryans may have left for the head coaching position in Houston, but the San Francisco defense should excel once again in 2023. Their top-end talent and depth up front give them an amazing floor, with playmakers littered throughout the secondary adding elite weekly upside. Combine that with a Charmin-soft schedule in the early going and playing in the same division as the Rams and Cardinals, and the 49ers have a great chance to finish above their D/ST3 finish in 2022. Their first four matchups against the Steelers, Rams, Giants, and Cardinals all feature offensive lines landing in the bottom 10 of Brandon Thorn's Offensive Line rankings.

You probably won't dispute them on this though, huh?

Unless PFF tells you otherwise.

My man!

Back to the genius...

What will be Kyle's first passing play call for Brock tomorrow night?

How do you justify the rate of pressure vs sacks allowed? The answer is you just cannot without giving a majority of the credit to the QB for avoiding would be sacks. That is me also disputing pff's #4 playoff pass blocking ranking. You put Jimmy behind that KC o line and they lose in the championship round if not the divisional round.

Brock lined up out wide, Deebo under center and he calls a quintuple reverse screen.

HOW can KS10 not call the " Tight End Around " .. .the very same play that got B-Rock hurt ? it's fitting, he'll have 81 as his starting TE and this time, 81 gets. his DE and B-Rocks completes that 17 yard crossing pattern that was soooo open for YUCK..

Its baffling he's arguing this. The chiefs OL was all sorts of bad in the playoffs. I watched all 3 of their games. They got mahomes leg nearly snapped in half and but for mahomes being a hall of fame once in a generation player would've never made the sb

35% pressure rate in the sb, no sacks. There is a reason, and that reason is solely mahomes. I hate to admit it because I wish we had an elite QB but it is the truth

He's arguing this because he is refusing to admit that you don't need a top 5 o line to win the SB. Well, you might need the #1 o line to win the SB if your QB is named Jimmy G. Because dude is a statue in the pocket and does the o line zero favors when pass pro breaks down.

The SB was KC's o line's best outing in the playoffs. They gave up 42% and 40.6% in the other two games and somehow Mahomes was only sacked 3 times. Elite QB > elite o line. SB LVII proved that.

So then what happened in that TAMPA/KC superbowl?
