Kyle's going nowhere. Jed loves him. three NFCCG and a SB appearance. made Jed money. seems like some here dont understand the business of football.

For all you know Jed could have said- you better hope Brock works out and Trey doesn't.

I think Jed has other issues he is more worried about right now.

This is a fireable offense. You green light a trade to send 3, first round picks for an EXTREMELY raw QB prospect. Give him 4 starts and give up. EVERY OTHER COACH in the league would be fired for this. Smh

I can't believe Kyles going with the QB who never lost a game he was healthy in either.

Andy Reid did the same thing and he got fired at the end of the day it's about Chips not just making money.

. Andy had two consecutive losing seasons 2011 and 2012. that's what ultimately got him fired. Kyle still wins.

He hasn't lost a game but he also hasn't played a full season. This has been beaten over the head a million times. Jimmy was 5-0 to start his career with Shanahan and look at how he turned out...

The league eventually figures players like Purdy out unless your name is Tom Brady.

Scenario A: Purdy wins Superbowl, then all is good.

Scenario B: Purdy flops / gets injured. Sam will come in and do his Sam thing. Kyle comes into Jed's office a year or two later and says, we need to draft another quarterback because Purdy isn't the guy. You're going to trust him on Quarterback evaluation again?
Sick and tired of this regime botching high draft picks on players base on fells. Someone have to get fired for this at the end of the season.

And what happens if Trey Lance is succeeding elsewhere? Even more damnable.

That lawsuit was bs imo. Incredible hard to prove that in court. He has nothing to worry about.

I hate Jed but the last few years he's taken the proper backseat. So I hope he told Kyle and John. Do what you think, but if it doesn't work out you're gone. We all need that slap every once in awhile.

Nope.. Kyle can't pick, or develop a QB. Offensive genius my ass
Major fail on the part of all parties involved. The entire FO takes a major L here. Giving up on him already is pretty lame. I wonder what happened behind closed doors. The other day they weren't naming a guy until week 1 and now Trey isn't with the team.

He also went to 4 straight championship games...you think this locker room is okay with picking Sam f**king Darnold? This is how you start to question the direction of the FO and head coaching decisions as a player.
