You know, there is a reason why he got a 6 year contract right? But he only has 10 games left to prove himself?

You're funny dude!

Jed was backed into a corner and shanny flexed his leverage and got a great deal. That explains the deal. But to your point he should get at least two or three to show some sign of life.

Shanahan should get at least three seasons to get a winning record.

That sounds about right.

#49ers had 83 HB targets all of last season, they have 44 through six games this year. That's not counting the 11 for Juszczyk. https://t.co/3Zzj5GPfCl

Real offensive coaching makes a difference. 17 years was far too long to finally get it.

..and those aint dumpoffs either!
After listening the the dribble from the last several head coaches of the 49ers, what a pleasant surprise to hear the honesty
and clearheaded thinking of Kyle who actually says things that tell the fans exactly what is going on. I'm stunned at his ability
ton communicate. He does't guard his words, I'm sure the players love his honesty, 49ers described as the best 0-6 NFL football
team in history. Had not officials in the ram game and the last game made, (what I believe to be deliberately ) bad calls to alter
the outcome of the game, it seems to be pervasive in all sports, just look at the warriors and how many hundreds of times he has
been hit during or after he shoots the ball, never a foul, fans on you tube showed 40 actual plays, 20 plays where a foul was called,
yea, that's what a foul looks like and then 20 curry plays, hit, knocked down, sometimes blasted like he was somebodies b***h, over
and over again to the point where it could not possibly be an accident, oversight, a mistake, refs having bad games, no check out below.

a whole game of b******t including the pass that Bowman never intercepted ( say the refs ) and the next play that should have been niners ball, his career
was effectively ended with a blown out knee on a play that never should have happened. THE FIX IS IN, THE FIX IS IN, THE FIX IS IN SEEMINGLY EVERYWHERE
next season at least and then he couldn't comeback. I'm sick of this crap, over and over again.
I'VE WATCHED THE NINERS SINCE 1953, I KNOW A THING OR TWO ABOUT FOOTBALL.

I love Shanny, much better than a Gase hire.

This. Slowly getting that offense back, defense seems to be on its way also. We just need more experience for the young guys & more playmakers anywhere on the team

He isn't going to need 3 yrs. All he needs now is about 14 starters and DEPTH. Once he gets those, we end up winning more than losing. And with 5 picks in first 70, plus well over 100 mil to spend, we make a big dent in OL, CB, LBs, ER, and Ss. Also, less appreciated, we get our depth next yr . Do we even have 3 LBs not injured who can start? i mean, we are talent depleted and injured. Damn that has to stop. Kyle and Lynch turned over 32 guys this yr. Look for anotehr 25 or so to get improved on or traded away or cut next yr. We should be close to having a full team then. Meantime, watch CJ and kyle put on a show for the folks today, in spite of G- C- G holes...and Mr. Saleh: you did a good job first three games of yr stopping the run. Then a one off game with rams where we gave up 41 pts. But then you came back and went to laying off coverage by 20 yds. Then last game you had DLs running like mad to cover TEs. Man that has to stop...both those. You literally gave away two games (or at least contributed to 2 losses) by playing off 20 yds at very end of game and up by 1. Then that fiasco of watching our DLs chasing TEs and RBs....son...you cannot do that and continue to be a DC...so DON"T. Just don't' . Near end of game if we are up do NOT play off WRs by 20 yds. And for heaven's sakes do NOT have our 320 lb DLs chasing TEs. What in the world were you thinking? Not much on those calls, that's for sure.

After the rams game we dropped back down to 30th in points against, and yards against. You did it in first 3 games, let's get back to that. And no more bonehead calls like the two noted above. Sincere thanks.

Considering that we're 0-6 and a bottom 10 offense, what difference has it made?
Call some good plays.

It won't be a question when they get the interior O line fixed and the QB situation resolved.

It is about the bottom line, but for some people they can't see what leads to the bottom line. That kind of thinking would get Chuck Noll, Tom Landry, Bill Walsh, and Jimmy Johnson fired after year 1. To lack playmakers at the most important positions, this team looks pretty good. I am expecting a huge leap next year if we can have repair the interior O-line as you said (hopefully some free agent additions +Joshua Garnett should do the trick), a pass rusher to play the Elephant position, another starting caliber receiver, and a QB. Not necessarily a playoff team, but definitely a team that can be anywhere from 6-10 to 9-7, that may blow a team out of two.

We just need a qb, a premiere pass rusher, elite receiver, top corner. No biggie those all grow on trees. I think there's alot of rightful optimism because of Cousins but that can go away very quickly.
