If Kyle can win the SB with Brock, would be all sweeter to know he drafted and home grown Brock instead of getting FA transplant like Stafford. Doesn't cost as much the next 2-3 years

Not me. So they won it 1 year and are now bottom feeding. They get to remember their 2 Super Bowl wins and have no hope this year. I remember our 5 Super Bowl wins and get to look forward to #6 this year, enjoying every win along the way.

They have drafted poorly in the early/late rounds of the picks they have had. Can't do that when you trade all your 1sts away.
9ers do a much better job at getting talent throughout the draft and that's why they are set for long haul.

Any time you get a franchise QB in the 7th round (or any round) that draft is tops in the league that year. I know 1979 49er draft was the best draft ever.
We'll soon know if the 2022 draft equals that draft.

It's going to be an interesting race for the number 1 seed this season. The race is between - as far as I know - Dallas, Eagles, and 49ers. We'll see who else joins and who drops out. But 49ers - if they win convincingly this Sunday - might be lead dog at that point.
