lol, exactly. I guarantee that Furlow is farm more impacted by coach's statement than Purdy is.

I'm not "impacted" in the slightest bit, and I don't think Purdy is either. The point is Kyle's comment was unnecessary in a presser and does nothing to add to his relationship with Purdy or his team. It's simply him stroking his own ego, which he's really good at.

Or, I don't know, it could be you being dramatic about a fairly innocuous statement.
It must be hard finding stuff to blame Kyle for when we win convincingly against a team on a hot streak. I can see people are getting creative.

lol
We talking about a press meeting? Folks get mad at coaches for not answering anything but then complain when they do.

There's legitimate things to critique. Wasn't at all a fan of putting CMC in late for the chance at a record when his health is extremely important, and also felt our end of half clock drive/clock management was pretty bad.

Overall a great job.

I don't have a problem with letting CMC try and get the record if he wanted to be in there. What I don't understand is not having some of the regulars in there if they really wanted that record. I don't think it's that big a deal to get that record. It's not like the all time rushing record or TD record.

I thought it was incredibly stupid. I understand the other side of the argument, and the human/emotional element, but we're not playing for records and this is a guy who was banged up in recent weeks. Just can't get behind it. Glad it's over.

At least run a slant with him there at the end. It looks like he had no idea where to even line up. Total bummer.

This is getting overblown. It's who Kyle is and it's refreshing in this day and age where everything has to be overly calculated for image sake.

Nothing ever gets overblown on the zone lolol

Its because Kyle gets anointed as some sort of prodigy for doing nothing but choking in big moments all the way back to being an offensive coordinator.

Note: I think Kyle is a good coach, I just don't think he's worth proclaiming as coach of the future when he has had 7 years and come away with no SB.

Purdy gets bashed on for doing nothing but exceeding every expectation his whole career.

Even Kyle s**tting on his own player and mentioned nothing about kittle running the wrong route on that play and not going to the back left corner like he should have.

Let alone the fact that the ball was thrown just right in between the niners two best hands on the team.

now he could have probably thrown a TD, would that have counted? everyone knew he was getting the ball at the end, just leak someone out lil block and release

Saying that Kyle insulted Purdy and that I think he's an a*****e for these types of comments is "being dramatic?" Perhaps it is you and others that is soft lol good lord.
This has been one of the dumbest arguments I've seen on this forum, and that's saying something. Sheesh.

Gives the people who don't like Kyle their catharsis.

For women, sure. And if that's the standard, then all of you are being "dramatic" as well for not being able to handle negative comments about Kyle.
