Entirely possible we could've put up 30+ in the first half, but game was never really close. People just worried that we didn't necessarily close the door at halftime. Then got a little dicier when Purdy threw the pick 6, but another 30-burger by the offense... and the defense only allowed 6 points.

Dominant win.

I posted this on the Deebo thread already, but I'm gonna post an updated version here:

The combination of Kyle Shanahan, Brock Purdy, CMC, and Deebo Samuel is unplayable in the National Football League.

In games where coach has had all 3 players available for all 4 quarters, the 49ers have -

  • Never lost (12 - 0)
  • Scored an average of 32.5 points per game
  • Only twice scored less than 30 points in a single game

Brains, poise, misdirection, and hard running. An unstoppable combo.

perfect gif

Good plan, lol.
Wtf was with the "it will come down to the wire" talk from him when we were up 21 pts

i feel like they take their foot off the gas at times and can rev it when needed. I think they pace themselves.
Kyle baffles me.

Is he a genius or is he recycling dad's plays. Took the playbook from Mike's home office and using it as his.

This year's plays are awfully similar to the 94 team.

Didn't love the field goal attempt to make it 24-3. Personally think those decisions should be made by factoring possessions (you're up 3 possessions at 21-3 and 24-3 is still 3 possessions). That said, our rookie kicker needs work too and Seattle had been completely hapless on offense. Offense hit a rough patch in the 3rd but it's not always going to be great. Overall a complete ass kicking.

For a minute in the 3rd.quarter it looked like he meant it. Stoked we won but this should've been 40+ - 13 or less. We had 2 or 3 drives that were.in field goal range and we took losses and ended up out of field goal range on 4th down.
The running game wasn't as good as it was individual brilliance. Big runs and also losses behind the LOS.
