For a minute in the 3rd.quarter it looked like he meant it. Stoked we won but this should've been 40+ - 13 or less. We had 2 or 3 drives that were.in field goal range and we took losses and ended up out of field goal range on 4th down.

Agree. Its like a self fulfilling prophecy. We were really out of sort in the 3rd. He made a similar comment against cleveland and coached it into existence

Hard place to play...hard coach to coach against,...uber-important game,....easy to get comfortable @ halftime while up 21.

The more-lax rules defensively for more passing is akin to the more-lax ones in the NBA and how the 3-pt shot has changed the complexion of things. Other teams are still in it even when they don't seem to be until late into the 4th. That's just the way it is.

I think he was on the mark here and it showed in quick order.

Kyle and Brock have managed to break a curse that's haunted us for over 20 years, beating the Seahawks in seattle in consecutive years. I always hated playing in seattle cause we almost always lost, now it's Levi's North

It was a nightmare with that ridiculous defense they had and Russ.

Smooth sailing now.

If it was the Russell Wilson days, that game would of come down to the wire. The difference is that Geno smith can't do much against our defense. That's why I felt so comfortable,

I love when teams I hate have QBs like Geno because they're good enough to win some games/not bench but not good enough to make you a legit contender. It's like dak, he's good when everything's going well and it's a crappy opponent but never comes through when he's needed. Lol I love jt

Lynch too. He killed us far more than Russ did. Russ would make 2 plays all game and Marshawn would have 110 on 20 carries.
Wow since Russell left the Seahawks are no match for us

I always thought that Russell's scrambling skills negated our vaunted Defensive line and exposed our below average pass defensive squad. Now that's changing with Wilk's making a coaching difference for the defensive backfield guys. One thing I've always liked about George Siefert was that he could draft and develop defensive backs. My hope is that Wilks can be Kyle Shanahan's Siefert for this year and next, and then Wilks will be a HC somewhere in the NFL, a la Demeco, Salah, and Mike McDaniel.

Levi's North? OK. But I really prefer Brock's House.

Exactly! That's all we needed to win a Super Bowl, improvement in the secondary (and a healthy OL), and we finally have it and then Hufanga goes down. We can get by with the offensive line, but we can't afford an injury to someone like Ward.

Verrett sign onto the practice squad please just in case we need you

Was about to say the same thing
Kyle and Brock did a great job picking on the weakest parts of Seattle's D. They ran the ball down their throat and the passes were spread around more. They barely even threw to Aiyuk. When the TV guys mentioned that on the last TD drive I thought that it would be a perfect time to hit Aiyuk for the score. Right on key they did. Almost like Kyle was setting them up for it. Apparently he said he was surprised that Brock threw deep but it sure looked like a planned play.
