You guys are dreaming about carol or belicheat.
Shanahans not going to bring anybody in who might question his authority or challenge him at all.
Hell we passed on Brady for that exact reason.
The amazing part is belicheat is probably the best at pregame analyzing and finding weaknesses to exploit game to game which is where we struggle the most. It would round out our coaching extremely well if he was dc but it's a pipe dream. There's 0 chance shanahan would do that...

All these guys getting head coaching jobs just do what they are told. Makes total sense.
