lm curious to this too

when was a time we just flat out got outcoached? the only game is maybe the browns earlier this year most of the time when we lost its just execution errors which honestly is ok you cant play perfect every game but in past margin of error was thinner than it is now

when was a time we just flat out got outcoached? the only game is maybe the browns earlier this year most of the time when we lost its just execution errors which honestly is ok you cant play perfect every game but in past margin of error was thinner than it is now
even in the browns game. We drive easily down field, score a TD. Warner INT on the browns first drive. we get close to the EZ and CMC fumbles changing momentum.

injuries to main guys also. it's football

It's not always easy to know if a team is out coached unless it was really obvious. We don't always know if players ran the right routes or missed blocks that cause plays to fail. We see the play doesn't work and often blame the coach for calling the wrong play when it was the players that screwed up.

Harbaugh winning a national title finally for UM should tell you that if you got a coach that makes you a contender year in and year out then eventually you'll get through. Kyle's been having us knocking on the door for years now, that's all we can ask for as fans.

With Bill Belichick. You can WIN the SUPER BOWL with that. I'm OK with Shanahan. But he has to do it now this year. No more excuses or falling short.

With Bill Belichick you could also lose the SB with that. That's why they play the games... and we all know that on any given Sunday....

Let's also not forget Belichick has lost 3 SBs including one where his team went undefeated in the regular season.

Yep you just need a coach that can constantly get you to the playoffs and eventually you will break through.

Yeah thats fair.

I cant prove it but I swear you can sometimes Kyle blacks out in tight spots and then the cute nonsensical plays start. Like a jet sweep near your own endzone. Or completely abandon the run for no reason.

Keep it simple - get to deebo, BA, Kittle and let them do the work. Dont need 5 passes to juice.

Kyle's rarely outcoached. His issues seem more from foe's knowing his tendencies well and tells (Schwartz, division rival, etc.). His real issue is when the heat is on, his head gets even more buried in his play sheet and he's missing down and distance, game-like situations, moving away from momentum, not calling TO's, calling plays towards weaknesses, etc.
