do not like how he does not have the team ready to play games. thats on him ,. we have seen that to many times with niner coaches like sing and jt

people hate him but grant was right in his latest article..... heaps of praise was given to him for almost winning games so the same amount of holding him accountable for not having the team ready sunday falls on him.... no matter the coach , the players or how old the players are.... you expect more from all parties involved than you did a month ago or two months ago and you expect more in two more months than what you do now. no one is calling on him to be fired but he has issues after sunday. including keeping the locker room together. the dust up on the sidelines did not look good

You can't make chicken salad out of chicken crap... keep perspective, this is a bottom up turnaround, BW was 2-14 and 6-10 his first two years... I look and Shanny's offense, there are opportunities for success most plays, there are usually one or several breakdowns most plays totally unrelated to scheme and directly related to talent, I do not believe it is related to mediocre coaching, imo... defensive side of the ball, not sure yet is Selah is the guy, but they have set a foundation there to build on...

Yes he's been very underwhelming and uninspiring. Shannylynch has already missed on the franchise QB this season if they miss again next season then its gonna be curtains.
