So for the Superbowl at Miami, he was too serious, too stressed, this year he's drunked, he's not serious. Kyle Shanahan is obsessed about winning the Superbowl. He's been waiting for this game for 4 years. Look at his speech after the Lions game in the locker room. He wants to win more than anybody else.

Kyle looks loose not as uptight as Miami, if the coach can be chill in this environment the team follows suit. He's having fun but he's locked in and so is the team, Bill Walsh method ease the tension before the biggest game of your career
