If I'm Jed, I'm meeting with Kyle and demanding an answer as to why Kittle isn't schemed the ball more. And why we abandon the run all the time.....NOT EVEN A DISGUISE OF IT!!! How many plays did McCaffery just go line up wide with an empty backfield? Spags and the Chiefs defense THANKS you Kyle for making their playcalling easier, dick face! And in the biggest drive of the game you run CMC over the right side when the toss left has been effective all night running behind Trent???? WTF!
And ALL THOSE DRIVES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME WHERE WE BASICALLY 3 AND OUT'D?? Kyle, did you even make a single adjustment?
The last thing Jed should be doing is asking Kyle about football strategy. Let the press ask those questions.

They will pound the ball..keep Pat off the field..and get him impatient.....and Harbs will get Herbert to protect the ball and hit big plays when needed.
He will also employ a terrible pass scheme that struggles to get guys open and will need Herbert to play otherworldly Josh Allen style to win.

Imagine having the best HB in the league who won the offensive player of the year and forgetting about him through most of the 2nd half

Fair point. We had a lot of silly penalties.

We have the best passing scheme would you say? With the best combination weapons all over for it?
And what did we show in the first half for it? When we needed to put the game away later in the game?

I'm a huge Shanahan fan but he deserves a lot of criticism for how he coached the start of that second half.
it just feels like The Niners blew it tonight. And I can't blame any of the players really apart from the dreadful McKivitz of course, Right Tackle desperately needed.
"if you want to crown them, then crown their ass! But, they are who we thought they were, and we let them off the hook!"

Love CMC. Had a monster year. He still had a big turnover that cost us points in a one possession game.
It is what it is.

In OT, Shanny runs the ball to the middle right on 2nd down when running left has been working all game. Then we all know this should be 2 down territory on 3rd and 4 and Spagnulo has been dialing up blitzes all game on 3rd and short. No adjustment. No awareness from Shanny. Should have ran the ball with CMC or Deebo. Deebo is not even on the field.
Shanny is Andy Reid before he got Mahomes

Our chances of winning the Super Bowl with another coach can't be that much less than with Kyle. I'm happy to have him because he creates interest year after year, but man this s**t is really boneheaded. I'm sure he'll get up and spit some analytics as to why he called the game he called, and sure that s**t seems intelligent…. But goddamnit Kyle f**king learn from your mistakes. The middle portion of that game was f**king irresponsibly bad playcalling. If it would have worked we'd all be singing his praises… and isnt that starting to feel like the point? Win the game Kyle… no one is going to blame you for doing in on the back of CMC directly behind Trent Williams. Goddamnit

I'm not calling for Kyle to be let go but hell the Eagles got rid of Andy Reid and then won a Super Bowl. He has been done. I don't know what Jed is thinking right now.
